Induction ceremony of PNS Tughril Sea King Helicopters held at PN Dockyard 2

KARACHI: The induction ceremony of PNS TUGHRIL, Type 054-A/P frigates & Seaking helicopters was held at PN Dockyard. President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi graced the occasion as Chief Guest. 10 of these helicopters were inducted into the Pakistan Naval Air Arm’s No. 111 Squadron today, of which 7 are Mk. 3 (AM-39 Exocet missile carrying ASuW variants) and 3 are Mk. 2 (Tactical troop transports).

CG commended induction of PNS TUGHRIL & Seaking Helicopters in Pakistan Navy Fleet. He emphasized need of well equipped Fleet to safeguard sea frontiers under challenging environmental.
