Bayraktar KIZILELMA UCAV successfully completed the maneuver tests performed at high speeds by retracting the landing gear into the fuselage for the first time in the System Identification Test conducted at high speeds.

Bayraktar KIZILELMA successfully completed the system identification and maneuvering tests, which it carried out for the first time at higher speeds with the landing gear retracted, at the AKINCI Flight Training and Test Center in Çorlu district of Tekirdağ on April 18. KIZILELMA made high-speed transitions at low altitude.

Bayraktar KIZILELMA is expected to start mass production in 2024 and to start flight tests from the TCG Anadolu ship in 2025. Bayraktar KIZILELMA and Bayraktar TB3 UCAV continue to be exhibited on the flight deck of the TCG Anadolu Ship, which was opened to the public at Istanbul Sarayburnu Port on April 17-23.

Bayraktar KIZILELMA, Turkey’s first unmanned warplane, will perform air-to-air combat with its artificial intelligence capability along with air-ground missions. Bayraktar KIZILELMA unmanned fighter aircraft will be a power factor for Turkey with its low visibility thanks to its low radar cross-section. Bayraktar KIZILELMA, which will have the ability to take off and land from short-runway ships, will play an important role in overseas missions and perform strategic tasks in the protection of the Blue Homeland.
